Booking terms and conditions

• The booking is secured with a 50% deposit. The 50% balance is due 6 weeks prior to arrival.
• If booking within 4 weeks of arrival, full payment is required.
• A 5% discount is offered for payments “in advance”.
• For booking involving offers, full payment is required.
• The cleaning service is provided upon your arrival and departure.
• Extra cleaning service is provided upon request and is charged 20 euros. Please notify us 2 days in advance.
• In the continuation of our effort to reduce our environmental footprint,we propose that you put only the towels and bed linen that need changing in the laundry hamper in the bathroom. You could take the hamper outside at the entrance of the house and we will take care to replace them as soon as possible.
• For staying over 10 days, the extra cleaning is provided free of charge (if you wish).
• Switch off the air -conditioning before leaving .
• Check-in at 15.00 p.m. and check-out at 11.00 a.m.

Cancellation

The following cancellation fees will apply depending on how many days prior to arrival the owner receives your cancellation notice.

42 — 30 days / 30% deposit

29 — 10 days / 50% of total cost

09 — arrival days / 65% of total cost

No show / 100% of total cost

Guarantee

On arrival, you will be asked for a deposit which will be returned to you on the day of your departure after inventory inspection. In case of damages and after an estimate of costs, these will be deducted from your deposit. Any excess will be charged to you.

Special conditions & responsibilities

For the period of the winter season, cleaning service, firewood and heating are not included in the price.

We exempt ourselves from any disturbance caused by climatic phenomena. Any stay that must be completely cancelled by us will result in a simple refund of the amounts paid by the client without the client being able to make any claim. Any stay interrupted because of the customer, for whatever reason, can not lead to a refund.
